Position: Teaching Assistant (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Location: Wimbledon, London
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Start Date: ASAP

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join one of our fantastic partner schools in the Wimbledon area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students' learning and development in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to students.

  • Help with classroom management and behaviour support.

  • Support children with special educational needs (SEN) where required.

  • Assist in preparing learning materials and resources.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience working with children (school, nursery, tutoring, etc.).

  • A patient, caring, and proactive attitude.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
