Your Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
 Support students with their learning, helping them overcome barriers and achieve their potential.
 Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored interventions for small groups or individual pupils.
 Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
 Provide care and encouragement for pupils, fostering their social and emotional well-being.

What We’re Looking For:
 A passion for education and making a difference.
 Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (preferred but not essential).
 Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning—or a   willingness to train.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
