• Working closely with SENCO teams to implement personalized support plans tailored to students' unique needs.
• Providing one-on-one and small group assistance to foster confidence and academic growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students with additional needs.
• Previous experience with SEN students is a bonus, but we also welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn.
