At Teaching Personnel, we are actively recruiting for passionate and dedicated teaching assistants to work on a full time and flexible basis in our amazing partner secondary schools.
Teaching assistants play a vital role in the education and development of pupils within the classroom and help provide essential support to the class teacher.
Individuals who have previous experience within a teaching assistant or support role are highly encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Location: Warwick, CV34
Hours: Full Time/Flexible
Pay Rate: £84-95 (per day, dependent upon experience)
Start Date: ASAP
You will be responsible for:
- supporting the main class teacher with a variety of lessons/subjects
- providing tailored, specialist 1:1 support to pupils with special educational needs
- leading small group interventions
- communicating effectively with the main class teacher and other staff members for the benefit of all pupils
- promoting a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment where all pupils are able to thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
