SEN Teaching Assistant – Swindon (Permanent)
A highly reputable Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Swindon is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their permanent staff from January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic environment, providing essential support to students with complex learning needs.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working with children with SEN, ideally in an educational setting
- Be patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with students
- Assist in delivering tailored educational plans, ensuring students reach their full potential
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and changing environment
A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is preferred but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
