SEN Teacher
Job description
A highly reputable SEN school in Swindon is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join their permanent staff team from January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact in a supportive, child-centered environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
- Strong understanding of SEN pedagogy and differentiated instruction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals.
- A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting the diverse needs of students.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
