Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale

Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £85 - £95 Per day

Job Duties:

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students
• Provide one-to-one help for students with learning difficulties or disabilities
• Help create a positive learning environment
• Supervise students during activities and break times
• Assist with classroom preparation and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications:

• GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
• Relevant teaching assistant qualification or experience

Education:

• Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
• Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience

Experience:

• Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting
• Familiarity with the UK education system

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Understanding of child development
• Organisational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Higher-level teaching assistant qualification
• First aid training

Working Conditions:

• Working hours: Full-Time
• Contract position within an educational setting
• Interaction with students, teachers, and parents
• Supporting classroom activities and outings
