Teaching Personnel is on the lookout for a committed Learning Support Assistant to work with one of our fantastic partner schools in Manchester.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting Students: Work closely with students who have a range of learning needs, providing one-on-one and small group assistance.
- Collaborating with Teachers: Help create and deliver personalized learning plans to ensure every student reaches their potential.
- Promoting Inclusion: Foster a positive and inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Tracking Progress: Monitor and report on student progress, celebrating successes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Encouraging Independence: Empower students to develop confidence and self-reliance in their learning journey.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn just as much!
- Skills: Strong communication, patience, and a nurturing attitude are essential. Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) is a plus.
- Flexibility: Adaptable and ready to take on different challenges as they come.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
