Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and making a real difference in the classroom? Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team, working in schools across Reading.

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide classroom support to pupils of varying abilities.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Work with small groups or one-to-one to support learning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support children with SEN, behavioural, or additional learning needs (where applicable).

What We’re Looking For:

-  Experience working with children (schools, tutoring, childcare, youth work, etc.).
- Patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude to classroom support.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
