Teaching Assistant – Reading

Salary: From £89 per day
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time roles available

Looking for a rewarding role in education? Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (TAs) to support schools across Reading. Whether you have previous experience or are looking to start a career in education, we want to hear from you!

The Role:

  • Assisting in classroom activities and supporting the teacher
  • Helping children develop confidence in their learning
  • Supporting students with additional needs
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement

Requirements:

  • A passion for working with children and young people
  • Experience in a school setting is beneficial but not essential
  • Adaptability and strong communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
