Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Job Duties:

1. Support classroom teachers in delivering educational activities and lessons

2. Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students

3. Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional help

4. Help with classroom management and behaviour monitoring

5. Assist in preparing teaching materials and resources

6. Supervise students during break times and outings

Required Qualifications:

- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

- A minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification 

Education:

- Relevant teaching assistant qualification

Experience:

- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team

- Understanding of child development and learning techniques
