About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
-
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and tailored learning activities.
-
Work one-to-one or with small groups of students, providing targeted support.
-
Assist in classroom management, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
-
Encourage and motivate students, helping to build confidence and independence.
-
Support students with additional needs, ensuring all pupils can access learning.

Previous experience working with young people, ideally in a secondary school setting.

A passion for supporting students’ learning and development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to engage with students and staff.

A relevant qualification (desirable but not essential).
