Teaching Assistant
Northampton, NN3
Are you looking for a new challenge from June 2021? Do you feel like you have the right attitude and commitment to make a difference in a school?
Then you may be in luck! A school in the central Northampton, are currently looking to appoint a temporary member of staff for the rest of the academic year to help support SEN pupils on a 1:1 basis.
You will need:
-Level 2 or above qualified teaching assistant
-Recent experience working alongside low level KS2 children
-Experience working alongside children on a 1:1 and grouped basis in an education setting
-Hard working and committed to supporting children with a variety of learning needs
-Academic background with a good command of written and spoken language
-A team player – someone who can get on with the staff across the school and work as part of a fun and hard working team
The school is located within the Northampton area and strives to create a warm, safe and nurturing environment that meets and matches the needs of everyone in their school community. The proportion of children in school with SEN is above average, therefore candidates with experience of working alongside children with SEN would be well suited to this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
