Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: North West England, Lancashire, Lytham St Anne's
Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Part-Time hours

Salary: £12.90 - £13.50 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons
- Assisting with the preparation of learning materials
- Working with individual students or small groups to provide additional support
- Helping to maintain a positive learning environment
- Supervising students during activities and break times
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Relevant experience working with children or young people
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Additional qualifications in education or childcare are desirable
Experience:
- Experience working in a classroom or educational setting
- Experience supporting students with learning difficulties or disabilities is advantageous
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development and learning processes
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting students
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours, typically during school term times
- Working within a school environment alongside teachers and other support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
