Teaching Personnel: Recruiting a Year 5 Teaching Assistant in Kirkham (PR4)

The Role:

• Position: Year 5 Teaching Assistant
• Start Date: February 2025 (after half term)
• Location: Kirkham, PR4
• Contract: Full-time, ongoing

You will play a vital role in supporting the Year 5 teacher by assisting with lesson delivery, working with small groups, and providing one-on-one support to pupils to enhance their learning experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with primary-aged children (preferably Key Stage 2).
• A passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A patient, positive, and adaptable attitude.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential for the right candidate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
