X3 Teaching Assistants
Location: Kidderminster
Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm)
Contract: Temporary (opportunities to go permanent)
Teaching Personnel are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work at one of our partner SEN Schools in Kidderminster.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring an inclusive and positive learning environment.

Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities.
-
Encourage and promote independent learning and confidence in pupils.
-
Support students’ social and emotional development, fostering a nurturing atmosphere.
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to monitor and report on student progress.

Help maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
-
Experience in a similar role or a strong desire to develop in this field (previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to the varying needs of students.
-
A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
