Teaching Assistant

EXPERIENCED TEACHING ASSISTANTS REQUIRED FOR GREENWICH SCHOOLS

Here at Teaching Personnel we are currently recruiting for multiple schools in the Borough of Greenwich who are looking for teaching assistants to start in September. While most of these roles are full time we do have a few that are part time as well. 

These schools are looking to finalise their staffing shortly so we recommend applying as soon as possible so we can book you in for an interview.

Your day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Supporting the classroom teacher with lessons
• Run activities with small groups of pupils
• Assist with reading and maths interventions
• Supervising children out on the playground

To be considered for this role you will need the following:

• Valid DBS check or be willing to obtain one
• Experience working with kids
• Have a passion for working in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
