Teaching Assistant Vacancy – Full Time
Location: Crowborough
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £85-£90 per day (6.5-hour working day)

We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as full-time Teaching Assistants. In this role, you will provide vital support to students with a range of needs, including:
• Autism
• Severe learning difficulties
• Behavioural needs
• Down syndrome
• Mobility challenges
What you’ll do:
• Work closely with pupils across a variety of subjects and activities.
• Boost their confidence, self-esteem, and independence.
• Help them discover and nurture their passions.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.
What we’re looking for:
• A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
• Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential – we welcome applications from those willing to learn and grow.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
