Teaching Assistant – Hailsham
Are you resilient, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference? Teaching Personnel is working with a specialist Primary and Secondary School in Hailsham, supporting pupils who have experienced childhood trauma and PTSD. These young people face challenges with mental health, anxiety, trust, and behaviour, making mainstream education inaccessible.
About the Role:
Full-time position, supporting pupils across a range of lessons and activities
Helping students develop confidence, trust, and engagement in education
Working closely with teachers and therapists to provide tailored support
Managing behaviour with patience, understanding, and positivity

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
