Teaching Personnel are working with a specialist educational setting catering to students aged 16-25, providing a supportive and inclusive environment for each individual’s growth and development.

We’re currently looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join the schools amazing team. You’ll play an integral role in supporting students in their academic journey, helping them build confidence, and assisting with day-to-day activities in a positive and nurturing environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with young adults, particularly those with autism, mental health challenges, and anxiety (though not essential)
• A kind, patient, and understanding approach
• Ability to work flexibly, both as part of a team and independently
• A proactive attitude to supporting students’ learning and wellbeing
• An understanding of safeguarding and child protection

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
