Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Usual Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 3:30pm)
Are you looking for a new role which involves supporting young people to help inspire pupils to succeed?
Teaching Personnel are recruiting for Teaching Assistants/HLTAs, Learning Support assistants, behaviour mentors and more for schools across Castle Bromwich, West Bromwich and surrounding areas. We have a variety of roles available in multiple schools which cater for students aged 4-19.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with SEN students - (desirable but not essential)
- Previous or current teaching assistants, support workers, care workers, sports coaches or people with a passion for working young people encouraged to apply
- New University Graduates encouraged to apply
- Support the teaching and learning of SEN pupils across the school
- Motivate, engage, and inspire young people to learn and participate
- Support the teacher with general classroom and behaviour management
- Those looking for a permanent contract or long-term contracts within a school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
