The Role:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with classroom management and organization
• Providing one-on-one support to students who need additional help
• Supporting teachers in preparing lesson materials and resources
• Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare are desirable
• A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo a DBS check

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
