What Is the Future Teachers Programme?

Role Overview
As a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school in Bournemouth, you will:

• Manage and oversee classes during short-term teacher absences.
• Support students as they complete pre-set tasks, ensuring lessons run smoothly.
• Experience the day-to-day responsibilities of teaching without the need for planning, marking, or delivering lessons.

This role gives you a valuable glimpse into the teaching profession and helps you build essential classroom management skills.

Salary
Earn a salary between £22,000 and £25,000, depending on your experience and role.
