Role Overview:
As a successful Future Teacher, you'll take on the role of a Cover Supervisor within a secondary school in Swindon. Your duties will involve stepping in during short-term teacher absences, ensuring continuity in student learning by overseeing tasks set by the teacher. While there's no active teaching, marking, or planning required, you'll provide supervision, delivering a high-quality learning experience and gaining valuable insights into the teaching profession.

Collaborate with staff to support student development through pastoral systems

Familiarize yourself with school policies and understand their rationale for development

Master the syllabus in your subject area and explore how your degree knowledge can be applied, presenting this to the school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
