Seeking Passionate Supply Teachers for Mainstream Secondary Schools in Weymouth
Teaching Personnel is actively seeking talented supply teachers to join our team and make a positive impact in mainstream secondary schools across Dorset.
Position: Supply Teacher
Location: Weymouth
Contract Type: Flexible, Temporary
Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Support students' academic and personal development in line with school policies and objectives.
- Maintain a positive learning environment conducive to students' success and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven experience working as a teacher in a secondary school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
