About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Cover lessons in secondary schools across Tameside, supporting various year groups and subjects.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons, ensuring high standards of teaching and classroom management.
- Provide a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
- Adapt quickly to new school settings and engage effectively with students and staff.
- Support schools in maintaining continuity and ensuring that students’ learning experiences remain uninterrupted.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching.
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
- Experience in teaching secondary school students.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
