About the Role:

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Cover lessons in secondary schools across Tameside, supporting various year groups and subjects.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons, ensuring high standards of teaching and classroom management.
• Provide a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
• Adapt quickly to new school settings and engage effectively with students and staff.
• Support schools in maintaining continuity and ensuring that students’ learning experiences remain uninterrupted.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching.
• A flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
• Experience in teaching secondary school students.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
