Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
- Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans
- Manage the classroom effectively to ensure a conducive learning environment
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Proven experience in teaching, preferably in a classroom setting
- Understanding of educational best practises and methodologies
- Strong classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications or training in specific subject areas
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Experience using technology in the classroom
Working Conditions:
- Work in various schools within the designated area
- Adhere to school policies and procedures
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
- Potential for travel between different school locations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
