Teaching Personnel, in conjunction with our client schools, are seeking talented Teachers to join our team to work across Key Stages 3 & 4 within schools in the Lincoln area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified practitioner to change the lives of young learners within the area whilst retaining autonomy over their own lives, promoting a healthy work/life balance. This role would suit recently retired Teachers, NQT’s searching for more experience before completing their induction, or any qualified Teacher looking for a more flexible career within teaching.
This Role Will Include:
- Teaching within your chosen specialism in our partner schools
- The choice of being available to work full time, or part time on specific days of your choice
- Working across Key Stages 3, 4 and potentially 5 depending on your experience
- Opportunity to work within a variety of schools in and around the Lincoln area, building new professional relationships

Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate will have experience working within a Secondary school environment, preferably as a Teacher working across KS3 & KS4. In addition to this, the successful candidate should:
- Hold a PGCE or similar Teaching Qualification
- Be available as soon as possible
- Ideally have their own form of transport (Not essential but preferable due to some schools requesting staff at short notice)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
