SEND Teaching Assistant – KS2 (Experienced) | Start: June 2025 | Temp to Perm

Are you a passionate and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking for your next challenge? A welcoming and inclusive primary school located just minutes from Liverpool city centre is seeking a skilled and compassionate TA to join their dedicated SEND team this June.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive SEND classroom across Key Stage 2, providing tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking staff team in a vibrant, diverse school that places inclusion and wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.

Key Details:

  • Start Date: June 2025

  • Location: Close to Liverpool city centre – excellent public transport links

  • ⏳ Contract: Temporary to permanent

  • Role: Working within a specialist SEND provision for KS2 pupils

  • ️ Experience supporting children with SEND (ASC, SEMH, MLD, etc.) is essential

The ideal candidate will be calm, patient, resilient, and proactive – ready to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
