At TP Tutors, we are seeking the most dedicated and compassionate tutors to provide 1:1 tuition for our young pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and other additional needs. With multiple positions available, we are continuously recruiting to meet the diverse needs of our students, ensuring each one receives the personalized support they deserve.

Job Duties:

• Provide 1:1 support, creating tailored learning strategies for students with SEND.
• Develop individualised learning plans based on each student’s unique needs and abilities.
• Implement engaging teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
• Regularly monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with other professionals to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

• A relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) teaching or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of different learning styles and the ability to adapt teaching methods.
• Patience, resilience, and the ability to inspire confidence in students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
