SEN Tutor
Job description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Tutor to join our team in Ruislip. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students who require additional support with their learning.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and deliver tailored schemes of work for students with ASD, SEMH, and Dyslexia.

Provide one-on-one or small group sessions that focus on developing academic skills and emotional well-being.

Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student.

Support students in building confidence and achieving their potential in a nurturing environment.
Requirements:
-
Previous experience working as a SEN Tutor or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of supporting students with ASD, SEMH, and Dyslexia.

Ability to assess students' needs and create personalized lesson plans.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
A proactive, empathetic, and patient approach.
Pay:
-
£20 - £30 per hour (depending on experience).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
