Job Duties:

• Provide one-to-one tutoring for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities.
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to support students in achieving academic goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure holistic support for students.

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in SEN teaching or tutoring.
• Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises in inclusive education.
• Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support diverse needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual student requirements.
• Additional training in specific SEN areas such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Dyslexia.
