Job Duties:

• Provide tailored support and tuition to students with additional needs
• Develop individualised learning plans and resources to meet the specific requirements of each student
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to facilitate student progress
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to student development

Qualifications:

• Recognised teaching qualification
• Experience working with students with additional needs
• Knowledge of relevant educational policies and practises
• Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support diverse student needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student requirements
