We are seeking a Strong SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic and supportive team. You’ll play a vital role in assisting with the learning and development of students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with SEN both in and out of the classroom, ensuring they have equal access to the curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored teaching strategies and interventions.
• Offer emotional and behavioral support, encouraging self-confidence and independence.
• Help with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members, including therapists and specialist educators.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an SEN environment is highly desirable.
• A compassionate and patient approach to working with children with a range of needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to the needs of each child.
• Ideally, relevant qualifications in education or SEN (though not essential).
