Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a SEN primary school in Sale (M33). Teaching Personnel, the leading UK education agency, is currently looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team for a full-time position in this dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN in a primary school setting.
• Assisting with personal care tasks when required.
• Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborating with the school's staff and following individual Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for students.

• Competitive daily rate of £83.85+ per day, paid through weekly PAYE (no umbrella company or agency fees).

Requirements:

• Ability to follow and implement EHCP plans effectively.
