  • Creating a calm, structured environment to help students feel secure and valued in their learning.
  • Encouraging positive social interactions and facilitating opportunities for students to build peer relationships.

About You:

We are looking for someone with:

  • A calm, patient approach and the ability to build rapport and trust with students.
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • An understanding of trauma-informed approaches and/or experience with de-escalation techniques is a plus.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Teaching and Learning, Childcare, Youth Work, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential for the right candidate.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a dedicated team committed to supporting students’ growth and mental health.
  • Receive ongoing training and development opportunities tailored to SEMH support.
  • Work in a flexible, compassionate environment that values your input and expertise.
