Position: SEN Teaching Assistants 
Location: Plymouth Area
Start Date: September 2024

Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a 1:1 basis with students in the Plymouth area. Initially, you will be employed by Teaching Personnel, with the exciting opportunity to transition into a permanent school contract.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working in a school setting, particularly with primary-aged children.
  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN, with a strong understanding of their unique needs.
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant field is advantageous, though not essential.
  • A valid DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to complete a new one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
