Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for multiple Teaching Assistant roles across Liverpool and the surrounding areas. We are working with various SEN and alternative provision schools that are dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and helping them achieve their potential.

These full-time positions are ideal for reliable, empathetic individuals with a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEMH, ADHD, ASD, and other additional needs.
  • Help students develop confidence, resilience, and essential life skills.
  • Effectively manage challenging behavior, fostering a calm and positive learning environment.
  • Build strong relationships with students, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable in their surroundings.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience working with children with SEMH, ADHD, ASD, or in similar settings.
  • Strong behavior management skills and a patient, compassionate approach.
  • A dedication to guiding students to become the best version of themselves.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude to meet the needs of each student.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
