Job description

Do you have a passion to support SEN children within primary schools?

We are looking for positive, pro-active and caring individuals to support a range of teaching assistants, no work experience is required! However understanding of difficulties SEN children face within Mainstream primary schools is a must. 

We have competative rates of pay and a dedicated consultant to support you during your placement. We also offer free training.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proactive and passionate about supporting children with SEN.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage behaviour effectively and maintain good behaviour control.
  • Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other behavioural/learning needs.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and individual student requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional training or certifications related to SEN support.

Working Conditions:

  • Term time only, working within school hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
