SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you a SEN teaching assistant in the Bury area ?

 Teaching Personnel has a great opportunity for an aspiring or experienced Teaching Assistant to make a real impact in the lives of children with SEN. 

Role :

  • Working closely and supporting children with SEN as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Manage 1-to-1 sessions with pupils needing extra support.
  • Upholding the standards set by the school in your role as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Ensuring the safety of both staff and pupils in accordance with safeguarding procedures.

Requirements :

  • previous SEN experience, including supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviour.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Experience with hoists not necessity
  • Someone who is resilient and empathetic

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
