Teaching Assistant SEN

Are you looking a SEN Teaching Assistant ?

 At Teaching Personnel we have a fantastic opportunity for you, we are currently looking for Full Time teaching assistant with experience working and supporting SEN students on a one to one basis to join our team. We also have flexibility for part time position. Teaching Personnel will support you with access to training and rewards as well as competitive rates of pay .

Requirements

  • Be able to work with teachers, parents and outside agencies to support student development.
  • Support students with a safe learning environment
  • Assist students with personal hygiene needs,
  • Support children under the guidance of the class teacher, either individually or as part of the class group.
  • Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to the classroom, serving as a role model for pupils.

Experience

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Caring, empathetic and patient approach to supporting SEN students.
  • Previous working experience in SEN setting .
  • Previous experience working with children in a SEN provision.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
