Our school is looking for an individual to integrate themselves into a classroom as SEN support. This role is to support in the classroom managing behaviour. The ideal candidate must have a good work ethic, be positive, enthusiastic, work well with others and have a passion for pupils’ education. As a school our pupils with their families are our priority to ensure we are working in harmony to create a positive learning environment, we expect all our staff to share this ethos.
The ideal candidate:
- Implement positive behaviour management.
- Work well with the classroom teacher.
- Will have experience supporting pupils with SEN.
- Confidently adjust approach to changes in behaviour with SEN pupils.
- Show a positive attitude.
- Be reliable.
- Understand and follow safeguarding procedures.
The school is easily accessible by both car and public transport.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
