Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Location: Dorset Area (Bournemouth, Poole, Ringwood, Ferndown, West Moors, Christchurch)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be the superhero who helps children with special educational needs shine in the classroom! You’ll work closely with the teacher and other fantastic staff members to provide the best support possible for students, whether that’s helping with their learning, making sure they feel confident and included, or offering some extra care when needed.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Support children with special educational needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.

Help deliver creative, fun, and engaging lessons tailored to their needs.

Encourage independence and boost self-esteem, making learning enjoyable!

Be a positive role model and create a safe, nurturing environment.

Work closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to celebrate progress and support students.

What We’re Looking For:

A kind-hearted, patient, and understanding individual.

Previous experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs (not essential, but would be a bonus!).

Great communication skills – you’ll be working closely with both kids and adults!

A proactive attitude and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.

An Enhanced DBS check (don’t worry, we can help you with this if you don’t have one!).
