Job description

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners? We’re seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to join a flexible, inclusive and vibrant learning community. If you are passionate about working with young people and open to new challenges, this is your chance to work in a dynamic and accessible environment that fosters growth and success for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

As an experienced Learning Support Assistant, you will be able to hit the ground running. You will play a crucial role in supporting children with special educational needs within our school. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for the  students, supporting their individual learning needs and helping them achieve their educational goals.

The school is based in Bournemouth and boosts a sensory room, music room, full library and computer area. The children have access to sports, leisure and cultural facilities.

All staff receive a free lunch every day and breakfast baps on a Friday.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
