Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support)
Location: Poole
Start Date: Easter 2025
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
⏳ Contract: Full-time, term-time only

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role? We are seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support at a Primary School based in Poole.

The Role:

  • Provide individualized support for a child with additional needs.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Assist with both academic and social development.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience working with children with SEN or additional learning needs.
✔ A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
