Looking for work in BATH / Trowbridge?  ..Do you have SEN experience? 

One of our partnership SEN Provisions in Bath, are looking for a passionate, dedicated and Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team!

In this role as an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support children with Special Educational Needs such as Autism, Cerebral palsy, and other neurologica & complex needs
  • Work effectively with other support staff to create a safe learning environment
  • Help to assess and monitor children’s learning and development
  • Support children with additional curricular activities such as swimming (Pool on site) 

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

  • Experience supporting children or young adults with SEN in a school/care setting or through personal experience
  • A kind and caring manner to working with children
  • The ability to be flexible to suit the needs of all children
  • Experience supporting with personal care/moving and handling (desirable, not essential)
  • Over the Age of 18 
  • Fluent & Clear command of the english language.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
