Job description

An esteemed primary school in Crawley is seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join their dynamic team. This institution caters to primary-aged pupils with diverse challenges, including autism, speech and language difficulties, mobility impairments, and cerebral palsy.


Role Overview:

Provide Individualised Support: Tailor educational activities to meet each child's unique needs, ensuring they receive the best possible learning experience.
Collaborate with Specialists: Work alongside teachers, therapists, and other professionals to implement personalized education plans.
Foster Independence: Encourage and assist students in developing life skills that promote autonomy and confidence.
Create an Inclusive Environment: Support the integration of all students into classroom activities, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
