We are seeking a dedicated and caring SEN Support Assistant to join our welcoming primary school team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.

Role Overview

  • Provide tailored support for children with special educational needs (SEN), both one-on-one and in group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to deliver individualised education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster an inclusive and nurturing environment where all pupils feel valued and supported.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience or interest in working with children with SEN (training can be provided for the right candidate).
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning support.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with children, staff, and parents.
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
