Science Teacher – Long-Term Placement (Tameside)
Location: Tameside
Salary: £140 - £200 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Are you a passionate and dedicated Science teacher looking for a rewarding long-term role? We are currently recruiting for a Science Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools in Tameside.
Role Overview:
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, catering to a range of abilities.
- Assessment and Feedback: Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Science department to develop the curriculum and share best practices.
- Classroom Management: Maintain high standards of behaviour and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Student Development: Inspire and motivate students to explore the world of Science and achieve their academic potential.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Science at the secondary level.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to student progress and achievement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
