Science Teacher – Tameside – ASAP Start
Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher looking for a new opportunity? Teaching Personnel is seeking a Science Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools in Tameside immediately.

- Position: Science Teacher
- Location: Tameside
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract: Full-time, temporary (potential for extension)
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and supportive school where you will deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will be responsible for inspiring students, fostering a love for scientific inquiry, and contributing to the department’s continued success.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Science at secondary level
- Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities
- Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
